Applicable Law

These Terms of Use, as amended from time to time, are governed by Cypriot law. The courts of Nicosia shall have exclusive jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be contrary to law, it shall automatically cease to apply without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
