European, Cross-border, and National Subsidized Programs

Localit Consulting, a business consulting firm, holds a leading position in the field of consulting for economic studies and subsidized funding programs for European and Cross-border projects. It undertakes the Preparation & Management of European Programs as it has a well-staffed and experienced network of partners and executives.

The responsibilities and tasks we undertake include:

1) Preparation of dossiers for European programs, focused on the participation of municipalities or public organizations.

2) Management of European and national projects, and more specifically:

• Monitoring and implementation of European, cross-border, and national programs (coordination and organization of actions, monitoring the progress of the physical scope of the project, communication with partners and funding authorities, drafting of interim and final reports, monitoring the financial scope in collaboration with the accounting department).
• Participation in the development of deliverables.
• Participation in the organization of actions and events.

3) Study and submission of proposals for funding related to the activities, and more specifically:

• Development of ideas and collaboration with the competent departments, finding partners.
• Planning, writing, and submission of proposals/dossiers for funding from European programs.

4) Participation in meetings domestically and abroad
(availability for travel abroad whenever required).
